About Country-

About the Programme-
The Ireland Immigrant Investor Program was established in 2012 to allow wealthy individuals and families from outside the European Union to obtain residency in Ireland in exchange for making an approved investment in the Irish economy. Although permanent residence is not offered by the program, once the appropriate conditions are met residency permission can be extended every few years for an indefinite period. The Ireland Investor Immigration Program does not officially provide Irish Global Residence Permit, but long-term residency in Ireland can be used to support a citizenship application under the country's naturalization rules.
Investment Options:-
Ireland Immigrant Investor Programme offers four different investment options for prospective investors:
- Enterprise Investment: A minimum of €1 million investment in an Irish enterprise, or
- Investment Fund: A minimum of €1 million investment in an approved investment fund, or
- Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT): A minimum of €2 million investment in an Irish REIT that is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, or
- Endowment: A minimum of €500,000 donated to a beneficial project in Ireland
